" Firstly I would like to start off by saying that Claudia and Alyssa have been the best coaches to me. Everything they said that would happen to my body and over health actually happened. At first when I started meal prepping I felt a little overwhelmed and actually thought this challenge wasn't for me but as I went through each day trying not to over analyze it and just focus on my goal it made it easier. The days turned into weeks and it didn't feel like a challenge but more of a way of life. I started to see results after my first week and there was no turning back.
